1. Qualification Synopsis
I am a military structures. sheetmetal, and composite maintenance person with over 30 years experience in the profession of aviation fabrication and production military side of the industry. I have 30 years in the military, U.S. Air Force. I have 30 years of experience working as an Aircraft Structures Mechanic on the F/4 (Sept 78 thru July 85), and the F/16 Fighting Falcon (July 85 thru July 04). I have worked composite, and repaired heavy damage. I have worked on F/4 for depot level maintenance including modification for Wild Weasel at Hill AFB in Utah. I am proficient in the use of the metals technology tools and structural equipment used in his trade. I am familiar with Corrosion Prevention and control, TR: AFOSH STD’s 48-137, 91-17, 91-43; TOs 1-1-8, 1-1-24, 1-1-690, 1-1-691 and applicable -3, -23, or equivalent series TOs.
1981 – Present Community Service Entertainment
Clown and balloon artist, I provide entertainment for Holiday and Party occasions for Hospice, Children Hospital and organizations, and our own military children holiday celebrations.

Customer Service, Ordering and receiving parts and making repair orders for damaged parts. I also Working in various departments I issued and received tools as the tool crib attendant. My job included delivered parts to the mechanics in the hanger or on the ramp. Upon receiving an Item I would process them on the computer and then verify part numbers and serial numbers on the receipt and the part. July 1985 – July 2004 A/C Structural Maintenance USAFRES 944th Fighter Wing (Luke AF Base AZ)
I worked as Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic as well as Structural Mechanic for the F-16 Fighting Falcon 944th/302nd Squadron. I work independently and as part of a team as a sheetmetal mechanic, structural maintenance type work as Depot level work for F-16 aircraft. I have the ability, skills, and knowledge to layout, form, make, repair, modify and assemble metal parts or equipment for the F-16. My duties include corrosion control of aluminum, titanium and steel substructures to remove exfoliation, pitting, and surface corrosion. By using TOs and manuals, and engineering blueprints I would treat the areas needing repair. Safety PPE included respirators, eye/face shields, and gloves for protection of skin.I have used the following equipment for fabrication: bandsaw, hole puncher, metal roller, metal bender, shear cutter, rivet gun, drill motors, countersinks, jobolt gun, nut runners, cleco’s, cherrymax, and bending machines, rolling machines, power shear. I have been responsible for hazmat and MSDS for the chemicals we used such as sealants, primers, lubes, solvents and other chemicals involved. I am capable of using measuring instruments such as: Protractors, calipers, snap rings, height gage, depth gage, dial caliper, screw pitch gage.
Sept 1978 - July 1985 A/C Structural Maintenance Hill AFB Utah DOD civilian contract
Hill AFB Utah was Depot level Maintenance Facility which rebuilt and modified the F/4 D, E, and the Wild Weasel. I worked structures and did composite bonding using portable and stationary curing equipment. My work included spreading plastic film over the area to be repaired to prevent damage to surrounding area. I then would clean, strip, prime and sand structural surfaces and materials prior to bonding. I trimmed and shaped replacement section to specified size and fitted and secured section in place using adhesives, hand tools and power tools. I worked using Blueprints, and specifications and examined sample and damaged part and of structure to determine repair and fabrication procedures and sequence of operations. I used metal fabricating machines, saws, brakes, shears, and grinders.
