Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing a full range of clerical, administrative and customer service support for student and staff personnel; 2) Utilizing various systems such as Transaction On-Line Processing System (TOPS), Naval Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), the master Military Pay Account (MMPA), Fleet Training Management, Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CeTARS), Planning System (FLTMPS) or other similar systems. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
