HVAC Electrical Install Technician

Chesapeake Controls is seeking a HVAC Electrical Technician to join our team of professionals. This position will work on a team as a commercial low-voltage rough-in installer working on projects in and around Hampton Roads.
Installation of either conduit, wire, or mounting devices - Journeyman a PLUS!
Job Duties include:
Low Voltage Installation, primarily less than 24 vac / 24 VDC; to a lesser extent 120 VAC for panel power
Install conduit (all types)
Pull and terminate wires to controllers, components, and devices using wiring diagrams, and installation instructions
Install electrical wiring between controls and equipment according to wiring diagram; experience with push up ceilings, hard lid ceilings, fire demising walls, floor to floor
Understand, and work from floor plans, blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Train and mentor entry level install technicians
Work with customers on-site
Tools and techniques of the trade
Some travel required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
