The ideal candidate will be adept at handling various responsibilities including managing emails, databases, and building systems for referrals, leads, active clients, and past clients.
This role involves handling mailers, ordering closing gifts, responding on social media, and organizing client appreciation events on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities 1.
Email Management:
Efficiently manage and organize incoming emails.
Prioritize and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Database Management:
Maintain and update the company database.
Implement systems for efficient data organization.
3.
Referral and Client Systems:
Build and optimize systems for referrals, leads, active clients, and past clients.
Ensure seamless communication within the client lifecycle.
4.
Mail Handling:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail Coordinate mailers and other communication/marketing materials.
5.
Closing Gifts:
Order and organize closing gifts for clients.
Ensure timely delivery and a positive client experience.
6.
Social Media Presence:
Respond to inquiries and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
Maintain a professional and positive online presence under Mikel Realty Inc (more info provided) 7.
Event Organization:
Plan and organize client appreciation events on at least twice a year.
Coordinate logistics and ensure a memorable experience for clients.
8.
Cards and Communication:
Send out cards for special occasions and maintain communication with clients.
Implement strategies for effective client relationship management.
9.
Neighborhood Event Coordination:
Organize and oversee a yearly neighborhood event.
Collaborate with local businesses and community members.
10.
MREA Manual Implementation:
Complete the MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent) manual for effective database management.
Implement best practices from the manual to enhance operational efficiency.
11.
Vendor Communication:
Communicate with vendors to establish and maintain preferred partnerships.
Coordinate services and ensure a high standard of collaboration.
12.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist with picking up closing gifts, lockboxes, and signs as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
13.
Schedule Management:
Effectively manage and organize the lead agent daily calendar.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, considering priorities and deadlines.
