$65K - $70K Direct Hire Benefits Offered Climate control production area Job Responsibilities & Description for Manufacturing Inside Sales Rep:
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information Manage specific customer accounts in a designated territory Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers' profitability profiles Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint Job Requirements for Manufacturing Inside Sales Rep:
Bachelor of Science degree in business or engineering discipline preferred and 4
years experience in customer service/sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to successfully complete CCRI, II, and III training curriculum Requires technical knowledge of the power transmission or industrial products Understanding of commercial terms, Incoterms, general manufacturing concepts Ability to handle multiple demands from many people and prioritize effectively Strong computer skills; experience with AS400 and Salesforce preferred IND25 Job Type:
