_As a Real Estate Coordinator you will support our Real Estate team with new growth, by owning many of the behind the scenes tasks involved in securing new Dollar Tree and Family Dollar locations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities _- Essential Duties & Responsibilities_
Assist the Real Estate Manager, Directors, VPs and Brokers on locations
Location submittals of EFATs through Geocortex
Draft letters of intent
Activate & process all locations in Accruent
Create site records and assist with real estate committee packages in Accruent
Track bankruptcy lists and follow-up with team on status
Follow-up with real estate team in relation to all Active locations
Direct communication with outside vendors
Produce weekly agendas throughout the department related to real estate
Work with real estate team for a smooth transition from prospect to opening
Special real estate projects throughout the department
Ability to adapt to change in a growing company and a fast paced work environment
Support team with other administrative functions as needed Minimum Requirements/Qualifications _Summary of knowledge_

years of related experience
Real Estate/construction background a plus
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
Proficient of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Recommended Skills Adaptability Administration Agenda Development Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
