This role invovles all aspects of End-User Computing including OS deployment, application packaging and support, group policy management, mobile device management, OS and third-party patching, and endpoint security compliance.

Ensure smooth transitions from project integration to daily operations.

Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a history of delivering accurate and timely solutions in both individual and group situations.

Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a history of completing projects and tasks on-time, in both individual and group situations.

Define and improve process and technology standards for the entire enterprise.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

5-7
years with Microsoft EUC technologies including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune
a strong understanding of software deployment methodologies and experience managing and troubleshooting SCCM environment.

Proven experience as an SCCM and Intune Engineer or a similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and managing SCCM and Intune infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune concepts, such as software distribution, patch management, operating system deployment, and compliance management.

Experience in integrating SCCM with Intune for managing mobile devices and cloud-based applications.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.
g.
, PowerShell) for automating administrative tasks and customizing SCCM and Intune functionality.

Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and network infrastructure.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Equivalent work experience may be a substitute.
