The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning as the need arises.
This is an office cleaning environment, the Janitor will be responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, removing trash, and other cleaning tasks required by the manager.

Responsibilities:
Perform general cleanup of all areas as directed.
Manage and maintain the daily routine.
Remove garbage daily.
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
Qualifications:

Janitorial experience Ability to work well under supervision Ability to work well with others and being a team player Capacity to take directions from his Supervisor/Manager Pay attention to detail Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, as necessary.
Reliable.
