Supply Chain Finance Planning & Analytics Manager

Position Purpose:
This position is for a Supply Chain Finance Planning & Analytics Manager, who is experienced in the area of supply chain finance. The position is responsible for prioritizing and driving the work of the Supply Chain Financial Planning team, which sets the long range financial strategy of the supply chain organization, plans the operating and capital budgets, and performs financial analysis to support key business decisions. Responsibilities:
Lead through the period end close; Review and Approve Journal Entries/Accruals; Review and analyze P&Ls for accuracy and for insights for business leaders; Lead P&L reviews; Use a variety of systems and tools to quickly and accurately answer business questions; Analytical review of the Supply Chain financial statement Lead through the annual Supply Chain Forecast Process; Manage to the company budget calendar while creating internal deadlines with appropriate review; Partner with other support teams to ensure operators understand variances/changes; Facilitate forecast reviews and adjust forecast with feedback from operators Lead through the annual Supply Chain Budgeting Process; Manage to the company budget calendar while creating internal deadlines with appropriate review; Partner with other support teams to ensure operators understand variances/changes; Communicate challenges timely and clearly in a way that is actionable Develop, enhance and deliver trainings that streamline or improve financial understanding and processes/practices for DC leadership teams with analysts Continuous drive process improvement and develop accepted standardized processes Lead the capital expenditure planning and reporting for Supply Chain; Lead capital spend reviews; Ensure forecasts are updated and reviewed timely Support and improve financial analysis on future looking projects for all areas of the supply chain Develop strong partnerships with Operations VPs, Directors and General Managers; Act as the liaison to the company budget team Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS / BFA) or equivalent (Finance/Accounting preferred) 5-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance 3 - 5 years in Distribution Center/Manufacturing Accounting/Finance Strong communication skills to include interpersonal, verbal and written Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Powerpoint and Excel Preferred Skills:
MBA with a Finance/Accounting specialization or MS in Finance/Accounting CPA/CMA Experience with IBM PA, Ariba, Concur, Lawson, Business Objects, Micro Strategies, and Tableau JDA MMS, Lawson, Business Objects, Showcase Query, Must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19, as defined by the CDC, by the date of hire. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
