Responsibilities Navy Management Program Analyst III Location:
Philadelphia, PA Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in business from an accredited college or university. Minimum
Experience:
Seven (7) years of experience with business case analysis, metric analysis, cost studies, return cost analysis and KPI development. Experience shall also include the use of Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio. It is preferred that the individual have working knowledge of the Navy ERP system. Knowledge of Navy programs, organizations, and functions is preferred. Experience may be gained concurrently. Qualifications One must have exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. Security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program Management, Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
