Duties include administrative support across the corporation, greeting and assisting clients, answering telephones, troubleshooting office equipment, writing correspondence, filing, scanning, faxing, copying, and light housekeeping.
A high school diploma is required.
A vehicle is required for light errands.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in an office, be friendly, energetic, self-motivated with strong communication, writing, planning and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail and prioritizing workload.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with HIPPA regulations for privacy of medical information are required.
Transportation needed for occasional errands.
At this time, we are not offering health insurance.
