The Office Assistant position will perform general office duties, including but not limited to answering phones, taking and placing orders, provide quotes, assisting customers, assist colleagues and provide support as needed to ensure the office operates smoothly.
The necessary skills for this position are; Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
Multi-tasking and time management capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Integrity and professionalism.
Must be reliable.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
