C5ISR Field Service Supervisor with Security Clearance

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Field Service Supervisor who embraces challenges and is a motivated self-starter.
Will be an integral part of a diverse team of professionals and subject matter experts fulfilling challenging technical requirements for our dynamic customers.
Will conduct technical analysis and detailed tracking of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements and may be required to assist with troubleshooting technical problems and issues and determine technical resolutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
Will support both urgent short duration projects and longer term requirements.
Project team activities include system design, procurement, fabrication, integration, testing and evaluation, installation, and fielding support for communication platforms.
The selected candidate will assist the current project managers of the Family of Special Operations Vehicle (FOSOV) and Deployed Mission Support (DMS) with all technical operations and budget in support of both CONUS, and OCONUS FOSOV locations.
Will serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Additionally, the selected candidate will be administratively responsible for a small team of direct reports who are currently working projects such as Coast Guard, Naval Special Warfare, and Joint Forces Security Systems.
This position is located in Chesapeake, VA.
There is no relocation assistance available for this position.
Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Chesapeake, VA or surrounding areas.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, systems management, or related discipline and at least 6 years of related experience OR High School diploma and at least 10 years of related experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience with FOSOV, NSW, or SWCC Tactical Radio/Communication SystemsMinimum of 4 years of experience working in Project/Program ManagementAbility to demonstrate professionalism, leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels within the company and within the customer communityHighly adaptable with a high degree of initiativeAbility to initiate, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneouslyWorking knowledge with Microsoft Office, to include Word and Project, but high-level knowledge required using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience with FOSOV sustainment effortsKnowledge of Military Tactical Radios/Communication Systems (AN/PRC -148, A/PRC-152, AN/PRC -163, AN/PRC-167, Blue Force Tracker, Mounted Family of Computer Systems (MFoCS)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationAbility to read and interpret drawings Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$66700 - $113400 Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
