Knowledge General knowledge of recyclable materials accepted by TFC as well as the different sizes and types of containers used in the waste industry Skills Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and other typical office equipment, including fax and copier machines Proficiency with proprietary software a plus (AMCS/Elemos) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of professionalism a must Keyboarding skills for data-entry, email, and other functions Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Must be highly motivated and a self-starter Experience Minimum of one-year of call center or customer service experience Education High school degree, GED, or equivalent Associate's degree preferred Job Duties Answer incoming calls and placing outgoing calls; responding to and assisting with all customer queries Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call Coordinate with Sales Department for new orders Enter work orders for all customers General reporting and customer paperwork as needed (service changes, cancellations, credits, etc.
) Coordinate with Hauling Department for customer service issues Perform other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
