Process transactions accurately and efficiently for used auto parts sales.
Accept cash, credit, and debit card payments from customers and issue receipts accordingly.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about prices, availability, and compatibility of used auto parts.
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure the seamless flow of information and efficient customer service.
Assist in handling customers returns and exchanges, ensuring adherence to the company policies and procedures.
Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with customers concerns or complaints, resolving issues to their satisfaction Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and collaboration on various tasks when needed.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a cashier or retail sales environment is a plus.
Knowledge of automotive parts and components is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential Good mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transactions Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service Basic computer skills for processing transactions and using point-of-sale systems Must be reliable and punctual, adhering to assigned work schedules Job Type:
