Lead RN for busy Office based Endoscopy Unit

Maintains quality nursing care delivered in the unit.
Consults with staff, and physicians on nursing problems and in the interpretation of the Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater policies to ensure patient needs are met.
Management reflects the mission, ethics, and goals of the facility.
Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI and AAAHC activities.
Orders and maintains supplies within the budget.
